

- Fresh mushrooms: 350 g.
- Potatoes: 500 g.
- Onion: 100 g.
- Carrots: 100 g.
- Greens: to taste.
- Salt and pepper: to taste.

Fry mushrooms in a pan for 5-7 minutes. (if desired, I do heat treatment)

Boil potatoes for 10 minutes.

Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Add carrots, fry.

Add stewed onions and carrots.
Salt and pepper to taste, cook our soup for about 10 minutes over low heat.
