Potatoes: 500 g.
Onion: 100 g.

COOKING I soak forest mushrooms in cold water for 1 hour. Fry mushrooms in a pan for 5-7 minutes. (if desired, I do heat treatment) Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Simmer the onions until golden brown. Add carrots, fry. Add mushrooms to the soup. Add stewed onions and carrots.
