Sugar: 1 tbsp.
VINEGAR 9%: 1 teaspoon.

Coriander: 0.5 teaspoon.
COOKING Gut and decapitate the fish, rinse.
Cook the marinade. Add water to the pan. Add sugar to the water.
Add salt. Add spices (bay leaf, coriander, pepper). Boil spices in water, cool water.
Add vinegar. Put our saury in the jar, add the marinade.
We close the jar with a lid and send saury in the refrigerator for 2 days. After 2 days, saury is ready.
