Milk: 100 ml.
Water: 50 ml.
Egg: 1 pc.

Black currant: 800 g.
COOKING Making dough for dumplings. Sift flour. Add the egg. Stir salt in water. Add to cup. Add milk. Mix well, add butter to the dough, and mix well. Cover with a towel for 40-60 minutes and set aside in a dark place. The dough is ready. Cooking dumplings. Roll out the dough into a thin layer (if necessary, sprinkle a little flour on the work surface). Cut circles with a glass. Put currants in circles, add sugar. Pinch the edges. Put the dumplings in a saucepan and stir gently so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan. After the dumplings float, cook for about 5-7 minutes at a low boil. Remove the prepared dumplings with a slotted spoon and put on a plate. Bon Appetit.
