Put currants in circles, add sugar.Pinch the edges.Put the dumplings in a saucepan and stir gently so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan. After the dumplings float, cook for about 5-7 minutes at a low boil. Remove the prepared dumplings with a slotted spoon and put on a plate.Bon Appetit.
